Mr. White has substantial experience in the assessment, design, and management of civil and environmental engineering projects. His core areas of expertise include:

  • Assessment and mitigation of environmental impacts resulting from land development
  • Design of disturbed-land reclamation plans
  • Design of runoff- and sediment-control plans
  • Design of stream channel stabilization plans
  • Rapid engineering response to oil spills and other environmental emergencies
